How soon do you need it?

I took these in on trade, but neither are ready to go yet.   Gonna be awhile before I have time to go completely through them.  IMG_20220121_112548311.jpg

Yes, and yes.   Not sure on a price for the Merc 25 yet unless you want it as/is (it has a scored cylinder and needs either a powerhead overhaul or a powerhead replacement.   If you want to buy it as/is, and have someone else fix it up....you can have it all for the price of the lower unit alone (450.00)

The Evinrude (shown) is a 30hp 20" shaft. with good compression and no spark.   Don't hold me to it (because I haven't been completely through it yet) but I think it'll sell for 3400.00 w/controls, a fresh paint job, and a 2 year warranty.

Right on 👍

As long as it isn't a "Precision Blend" model then you did good.
