aarchdale  how much do you want for your Tempest ? From everything we are reading it would probably be better than the Laser for his boat.

Thanks

I actually just looked at mine and the 23 is the one im using, for some reason i though i had my 21 on it. So im keeping it for now.   If he liked the laser he would probably like the tempest more. I tried a laser before and it was such a flat running prop, no lift and no speed

I run a tempest, it seems to raise the entire boat and smooth ride over the Laser, thought I had laser but it is a 25

Agreed i had a laser on my old aluminum boat and it sucked until i had a "prop scientist" modify it.  Thats a wrench term.   It worked well on that boat after that but it wasnt a planing hull either.   I tried a couple props on my boat now and realized it isnt worth chasing a couple MPH. i should have listened to the wrench.  He might be controversial but he knows his stuff.

If my memory serves me right, I had a mirage ran real well until I knocked a ear off, bought another the same but never ran as well, had it worked still not did not, tried several been a tempest fan since.
