Bushbeater Posted January 27, 2022 Posted January 27, 2022 I've been using Sil-Glide from NAPA. Silicon grease that works for me.for gears only. 3 in 1 oil on everything else. Also been experimenting with some TSI 321 on bearings. Seems to be legit. snagged in outlet 3 1

So i have been using Rem oil as the lube on the bearings...does that have the same negative effect on preventing the gears from retaining grease?

Possibly, not sure. Allegedly it's ok to have "dry" Teflon in the grease..... but not liquified in the oil. Who knows 😏.
