The other day bought Peat Moss thought there is plenty come back get more later.

Went today no Peat Moss in town. Told my wife I could use this other she said no it is too high dollar.

Well I went online found some my wife said let me look. They said they had some in Springfield. My wife called they didn’t.

She called couple other places. One had two Bails we bought them.

Went by MFA got Onions they didn’t have the other day.

Went to Walmart. They was moving stuff around making it look like they had more than they did.

Noticed another thing. Canning Jars come now with Lid with Seal in it. So can only safely use it one time.

Then you have to buy Rings and Seals.

I still return any jar I get with the ring.  Grandma would only replace goodies if they were returned. Never told sister and brother that.

Depends on where you buy them.  I still find Mason and Walmart generics with the 2 part lid.

We went to Walmart got some.

If you have Canning Stuff never sell it. We sold pickup load of Jars and two Canners now buying it all back.

Hard to find lump charcoal.  Want American made not venezuala stuff from rain forest.

We quit cutting trees, don't want to stir up global warming.

The lump charcoal I found last year had bricks as big as my arm and some dust mixed in.  Poor quality, but all made here by meth heads in Misery..

We are going to try and make it in Michigan this year.  No meth heads but we enjoy some beer.  Trying to get rid of oversized oak stumps that are not cost worthy to split.  Have it all set up, stainless tanks etc. Real charcoal is what the pro smokers want.
