Are you telling us he has turned to vinegar or went sour? Maybe just from a bad bunch of grapes? fishinwrench 1 "We have met the enemy and it is us", Pogo If you compete with your fellow anglers, you become their competitor, If you help them you become their friend" Lefty Kreh " Never display your knowledge, you only share it" Lefty Kreh "Eat more bass and there will be more room for walleye to grow!" Went in the Navy in '70 after the lottery ... Had our 50th wedding anniversary last week. I have forgotten more than I know, but can still recall the important things, so I guess I'm not quite old yet, but I'm gettin there a day at a time. Congrats to you and your bride. Oh I'm just going through an adjustment period, I think. Surely you OLDER guys remember the day when you began to realize you needed to stop leaping out of truck beds and trailered boats by just jumping over the side, and that hurdling porch rails and fences was becoming a crap shoot...... Well that's where I'm at currently. My mind says GO! but my body says WOAH! There's a bit of depression to fight off...... but I'll win the battle. 👍 BilletHead and tjm 1 1

I notice when I do something stupid, I do not recover as fast as I used to. fishinwrench 1 "We have met the enemy and it is us", Pogo If you compete with your fellow anglers, you become their competitor, If you help them you become their friend" Lefty Kreh " Never display your knowledge, you only share it" Lefty Kreh "Eat more bass and there will be more room for walleye to grow!" dave potts Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 Getting back to the old flies that used to be hot at Bennett, I recall there was one called an Army Worm. It was a very simple tie using a strand of wool from an old army sock. It was tapered in the front and thick in the center.
