There are 3 ways to loose weight. 

1. Loose muscle mass.

2. Dehydrate yourself.

3. Burn more calories than you consume. 

How (which way) would you say that you are loosing weight?

Less Calories.  So far 60 pounds. 

My wife went with having part of her Stomach removed.

Couple years.  Doctors got mad a me because I told them facts. 

Thing is at first she lost weight.  Then she was taking in more calories and now she is trying to follow me and losing weight. 

I just cut down to one meal a day.

I messed myself up and less Hunting and Cutting Firewood. 

So was setting around put on weight.  Doctor said I was getting fat.

Doing pretty good one meal a day. Problem is adjusting to a  normal. Because I believe I can just go to when I'm hungry the rest of my life. 

Wanting to lose another 40 pounds.

When I was young I was Trapping,  cutting Firewood and working my tail off.

I weighed 145 pounds into my 20's.

I do OK drinking Coffee and Reading.  Do some work around here but if I'm doing something that my people don't agree with they take stuff. 

So far lost a New Chainsaw,  they took my Pickup, traded my Boat for a Tractor but I can't use the Tractor.
