Dam area, report #2

Hey, I was at the dam area myself today.  My buddy Ken and his BIL were out there too, and the striper karma was with them.  For me, not so much, I caught one 3 lb. striper.

The smallmouth were biting well, they are post spawn and hungry.  I caught a couple dozen, a few on top, but most on the Keitech.

I fished this morning too. Seemed like a lot of boats out and about for a Wednesday morning. We did not see any significant activity in my normal spots. 1 small 3lber, 3 green fish, and had one big striper that put us in a tree.

Some nice brown fish Jeff.  Your friend has a good striper.  Was it on top water?

One of them was on top, and one was on a swimbait.
