Generation/Minimum Flow Question

When the forecast says 7 mw of generation predicted, that means there's really no water being generated, right?  That's not considered "minimum flow", right?

I would think the minimum flow would be 35 mw or something like that.

Yes 7 MHZ is about 650 cfs coming through the turbines and is minimum flow at BSD.   Prior to the min flow regulation there would only be like 20 cfs when the water was “off”.   Often they run 35 MHZ which is about 1 unit but in theory they should not go below 7 MHZ unless there is an emergency such as a drowning that occurs below BSD.   Hope this helps.
