Seems crazy but I fillet Trout and fry them it actually changes the taste. 

I went to Branson and caught some Trout.  I remember from my younger days how they tasted and told my wife they were better. 

Cooked them up.  Me and my wife started eating.  Looked at each other at the same time. Taste like what is in the Niangua River. Why drive 80 miles?
