Anyone have a recipe to tie Keeney's Taneycomo Sculpin with the lead dumbbell eyes?

I searched to see what that pattern looks like.  The first pic to pop up was this:

Yes, I have that recipe, but it's not Keeney's sculpin.

There we re tons of dead half chewed up sculpins yesterday along the banks in trophy area. They got Trapped shallow and slayed by the browns.
