At least for a few guys I know at work. Like you I was railroaded in court. 80’s.
jdmidwest Posted November 16, 2023 Posted November 16, 2023 I got bent over double and ran thru the cleaners. My lawyers only case that he was good at was the case of booze he nursed all of the time. Forgot my name one time in a meeting. Her lawyer served some time after the divorce a few years later all coked up and threatened his crack lady shack up with a pistol. Thought about visiting him, worthless sob. I think they gave him his law license back after his time was served. Never had much use for a lawyer as a person. Hoping it works out for Bobby. I did not miss the wife long, she was easy to replace. It was dealing with the loss of my daughter except for a few days every week and alternating weekends. Then there were the stories she was telling my kid trying to turn her against me. After she was grown, she soon realized what her Momma really was.
