Got there about 1130, the duck poppers came off the grill soon after, and it was like a conveyor belt of ridiculously good food. I was eating from about 1145 to almost 2 PM, with some conversation breaks in between of course, but I really put some food away. Duck Poppers - I never knew duck could be so good. Fried walleye and crappie - Don't know who made the batter, but it was excellent, and the fish was cooked to perfection. Assorted sausages, brats and dogs from the grill - Excellent! Cody's crawfish etoufee - He could open a restaurant in New Orleans and be very successful! Oatmeal Cake and some kind of whipped cream pineapple cake - I mixed them together and had ate 2 bowls of it, superb! There was some other stuff that I missed unfortunately, a guy can only eat so much.
