HIIT is great.  I use a fan bike for it.  Look at new research that dementia is type 3 diabetes.   Sugar, starch and seed oils are horrible for our health.

I just beat my head against the wall for 20 minutes waiting for the stupidity of humanity to get worse.  It works, it does.
