Foghorn Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago One of my best friends and fishing buddies, Danny Horton, passed away last night at Mercy South. We met 47 years ago when I first started working on the railroad as a brakeman and he as a section man. He had been suffering for several years with heart and kidney issues and diabetes. He was always somebody I could depend on when it came time to plan a trip. We fished Missouri, Montana, Michigan and Wisconsin over that time period. He leaves behind his wife Kathern, son Chris and his wife Lori, and granddaughters Charli and Lainey. Some of the members on this website fished with him in the past. Greasy B, snagged in outlet 3, BilletHead and 5 others 8
ollie Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago Sorry for your loss. It's tough I know. Hang in there "you can always beat the keeper, but you can never beat the post" There are only three things in life that are certain : death, taxes, and the wind blowing at Capps Creek!

Sucks man, Sorry Jeff, losing a good friend is missing part of yourself. Greasy B Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago I’m sorry for your loss. Losing friends is hard. His father touches the Claw in spite of Kevin's warnings and breaks two legs just as a thunderstorm tears the house apart. Kevin runs away with the Claw. He becomes captain of the Greasy Bastard, a small ship carrying rubber goods between England and Burma. Michael Palin, Terry Jones, 1974
