Members Tom C Posted March 12 Members Posted March 12 Use the CFSWater app from the Apple app store or Google Play. It's better than the SWPA app. snagged in outlet 3 and dpitt 2

If you want to know the next day predictions, you use the link https://www.energy.gov/swpa/generation-schedules. The USACE app was just redirecting to that page anyways. I'm hoping the CFS app will update with that information as well. I'll know if it does later today.

Yes, it shows the scheduled flow on the left side of the screen and current flow on the right side. But as Snagged said, it doesn't show the previous flows. I use the USACE web page to see the current and previous flows, so I know what's coming further downstream. Bull Shoals Lake snagged in outlet 3 and Seth 2

Have to navigate directly to actual web page to see past flows. https://www.swl-wc.usace.army.mil/pages/data/tabular/htm/tabrock.htm snagged in outlet 3 1

The CFSWater app shows the Current generation from the cores current generation page, and the scheduled generation from the generation schedule site. Information should be the same between the core app and website since CFSWater is using this data. When these websites are down, so is CFSWater. For the current generation it displays the latest or most current data available. If you look at the website for the current generation as the day goes forward generation data is placed onto the table, so the app grabs the latest and displays it. You will notice sometimes no data or dashes are displayed, so the previous generation is displayed. The date and time of the last generation data reported is reflected on the top of the screen. Hope this helps.
