skeeter Posted March 5 Posted March 5 Just heard from my Son that the usual flotsam and jetsam is rolling down the James at the Cape Fair Bridge after last night's downpours. My electronic rain gauge has decided it doesn't want to work anymore so I have no idea how much we got over the past few rains. Back to the old reliable analog gauge.
Flysmallie Posted March 5 Posted March 5 Looks like they are predicting a peak of about 6,800 cfs at Galena tomorrow morning.
Quillback Posted March 5 Posted March 5 Little Sugar creek which runs through Bella Vista is up and a very ugly brown. Not quite out of its banks however.
Terrierman Posted March 6 Posted March 6 Weird here. I crossed the upper Finley about 3 hours ago and it was still gin clear and no rise. In town it was up about 18" and colored. My ditches needed attention due to leaves. That's done so ready for some more rain, the more the better. To a point.
