Now, here's  MY tip to avoid problematic bear encounters......... "12 ga. Slug, .30-30 or .30-06" 👍

If that does not work, harass them until they leave.  Shoot but don't hit the bear, it will be scared and run off.

Just how many hives would you draw the line and start using a lethal method. Bees are generally considered livestock. Don't know what the MDC thinks about that.
