Pretty cold but pretty successful day on the water. Ended up with 18 keeper crappie and probably 15 or so bass. Launched at Mutton Creek around 9 o’clock and came off the water 30 minutes before sunset. Found the bass on channel swing banks close to deepwater catching most of them on creature baits and jigs in 10 to 20 feet of water. It appeared to us the crappie had move deeper than they were a couple of weeks ago, finding most of them in 30 feet of water on brush. I’m sure not looking forward to the weather forecast for the next six or seven days, yuck! Tight lines.
