  1. 98 freaking species People! He's got a wide open window to get this done in July!!!
  2. It's magical how they can all be 17 1/2 to 17 7/8. AGFC will measure them if they are anything close to 18 inches. I don't even keep the squeakers. Not like I catch a bunch of walleye.
  3. Ham rapidly typed Keller Lake into Google Maps search bar
  4. Dave getting it done in Iowa. Carmine Shiners can really vary in appearance
  5. Well, screw that then. I'm saving the postage and the drive time and trying elsewhere. I'll live without a McCloud RBT. I've already got a SRBD, Knobfin sculpin, and grass pickerel UNLESS someone wants to educate me about other fish that live there
  6. They are a fun little bunch of paranoid fish, but what I want to know about are the Redfin pickerel
  7. Hey Jeff, the Silversides are pretty easy to catch if you have the right set up. They have a relatively large mouth and are very aggressive. I bet they are Hell on the things they eat (bass fry ?).
  8. 74) Tiger Trout
  9. Sure thing Man. I enjoyed it. Nice place you got there by the river.
  10. Tiger Trout: below Bull Shoals Dam on a Zig Jig.
  11. 73) Brook Silverside I had seen these guys off and on at Bull and Norfork. Knew they were lifers, but never had the gear with me to try for one. Kinds thought they might be Silversides from their behavior. Yesterday, while fruitlessly checking for some calmer water with a Longnose Gar, I got my chance. I had to re-rig to a #20 brassie. After that, second cast.
  12. Me too! When they aren't being female doggies. I had multiple fish turn down perfect size worm chunk. I switched to a fly and got one on second drop. . 🤔
  13. It's a fairly recent vintage Strike King Product. I have a couple of them. Rage Blade maybe?
  14. 72) Logperch : my easy spot to catch them wasn't easy after all. I went to my back up location and while it wasn't easy, I was able to get it done.
  15. Greenside Darter : They will not be any easier to catch going forward, but I have caught one.
  16. They Honestly spook themselves sometimes and will retreat to rock piles never to be seen again by human eyes. It is incredibly frustrating. much fuller body than Logperch. I did not know Niangua Darters were big (I don't think they are in Arkansas).
  17. 71) Greenside Darter , I got pretty frustrated yesterday when I struggled to find a certain fish that I thought would be pretty straightforward. Today makes up for it. Glad to get onboard with my 15 th lifer of the year.
  18. Lots of stuff that seemed out of reach. I've got to hit the local creeks and nail down some probables and hopefuls. Ive got more road trips to make to catch more "local" lifers. I'm going to start trying 1-2 hr trips looking for mad toms. I have a couple of proven locations. I wish I had a local buddy to add strength of numbers.
  19. I really, really want a Mud Sunfish.
  20. It really isn't a competition between us, but I get that it was frustrating when I had a early run of success while you were stymied by events beyond your control. im pressing a bit, but it's gonna be all right
  21. Be aware that IF I get a Flathead, you'll get lots of pics
  22. The rich get richer while I limp along. 70) Spotted Gar
  23. John has a thing for Cyprinella species
  24. Awesome. Love it
