  1. Only for the poor bloke in the back 😅 I figure it will be kinda nice while drifting around waiting for the blitzes to begin. It folds right down out of the way in about 6 seconds.
  2. What do you think of this add-on?
  3. I still have extras if you need one. Phil hooked me up awhile back. Here's my favorite piece of bling 😊
  4. To the boat. These are 300 yard spools. My boat boxes are rather large. The only thing I want dangling off of me is a set of clippers.

  6. Just in case you're wondering if it got the bling...... 😊
  7. Yet to be seen. I'm guessing that fish slime might make for a bustyerass spot until it drys. 😂
  8. Anybody got any cool ideas for a built in tippet dispenser for this boat, so these aren't just rolling around on the floor?
  9. Easier than carpet I bet. I'm a bit skeptical about how long it is going to last out in the sun. I picked the lightest color available for that reason, even though I know it's going to look dirty all the time. So far the thing I like most about it is that you can hose it off, and it's dry in 10 minutes. Water doesn't go through it so the plywood deck underneath is protected. The sticky stuff doesn't care what you're sticking it to. It sticks to clean dry wood just as tight as it sticks to bare aluminum. Another really cool thing about it is that spare scrap pieces make excellent fly dryer patches. 😊 It's the same exact stuff that the C&F fly boxes have in them.
  10. It's a sticky backed, closed cell foam, floor covering. Superior to carpet in every way imaginable, but it is rather pricey.
  11. You're no stupider than I. I don't believe I've ever touched a walleye that didn't result in me bleeding. Everything about them is designed to sever flesh. Add a hook into the mix....and yeah, you're gonna bleed. 😅
  12. I'm mildly offended that CAM was acceptable but Zoey (my waitress) wasn't. Quill just doesn't like me. 😭
  13. Healthy 14 incher. I'm digging the ferrule on that glass pole ! Been awhile since I've seen one of those. 👍
  14. Oh yeah! Blues that size are just Beautiful. 👍
  15. 15" wild rainbows impress ME. Tell me where and I'll show you how to catch 'em. 😊
  16. Don't be sorry! If you've found a spring creek with lots of big wild fish that you can see..... You are the freakin' MAN! Swing a leech in their face.
  17. Something tells me that your "spring creek" is a trout park full of recent stockers. Am I wrong?
  18. Supposedly an official bill of sale is sufficient if you bought from an actual dealer (business) that has a tax#,. But somebody (individual) scribbling out a bill of sale on a piece of notebook paper.....Forget it!
  19. Why in the world would that book need to be revised?
  20. Not to a "charitable organization". You're correct. 👍 Good luck guys. I'll follow along and cheer you on.
  21. Just for the record I'm still awaiting Quillback's confirmation of whether I'm in or not.
  22. The Missouri DMV (at least the ones in my area) will make your life miserable if you don't have clear perfect titles on everything. Show up there with a "bill of sale" on something that isn't brand new.....and they'll ruin your day EVERY TIME.
  23. 40k is alot to spend on a boat and still feel like you have to compromise. Why not spend 20k apiece and buy 2 ? Or 10k apiece and buy 4? That way you have the perfect boat for whatever type of fishing you choose to do at the time.
  24. I remember those boats on the White back in the day, and almost every one of them had a 6-8 hp short shaft prop motor on it. They didn't want a 9.9+ because the 9.9 and above had enough torque to bust the propshaft/driveshaft and gears. The little 6hp's could just bang and grind up through the rocks without tearing themselves up too bad.
