Maybe, providing the wind isn't howling or the pleasure boats aren't pounding you with 3' rollers.
As I said, mainlake points are undependable. Given any day, you have a 30% or less chance that you will be able to fish them effectively, and a 20% chance that the fish will cooperate when you can effectively fish them.
Inside of a cove, or far up a tributary arm you can always find shelter from the brunt of the wind, and boat traffic is minimal. Plenty of fish are always there.....and you can actually FISH. I've won tournaments that way too. 😊
