I honestly can't knock AJ's JAW. It's what we eat at camp....cuz it's quick and easy. I'm more picky about the butter and syrup than I am about the pancake. Besides, if you've never dipped an OREO cookie in AJ's JAW and deep fried it....you haven't experienced ecstasy yet.

Aunt Jamima, "just add water". I've forgotten what a REAL pancake tastes like.

I gotta back @snagged in outlet 3 up, there was no "Ned rig" before elaztec came along. Gitzit's and the old Mann's Stingray grub does not make the cut. Brewer's 4" Slider technique though?...... Yeah pretty much the same animal. I'd put that up against anyone fishing a Ned rig.

You made me choke on my pancakes ! Good one! 😂

Yes, but don't be slinging those trailer park Shakey heads at me!

Channel Swing:. A stretch of bank where the old creek/river channel SWINGS in real close to it. Transition Bank: the area along a bank where the composition changes (rock to gravel, or mud to rock, or where vegetation begins or ends). Or it can be where a steep bank begins to taper off into a more gently sloping bank. Basically anywhere that things change. I hate "points", specifically MAIN LAKE points. I hate dropoffs too. My favorite form of "structure" is a FLAT: an area where if it was dry you could turn a car around without an elevation change. Fish on a flat are predictable/dependable. Fish that are in an area where moving 20ft. means they are either making a drastic depth change or going off to suspend..... are flakey as hell. When it comes to catching fish CONSISTENTLY and RELIABLY....Flats are where it's at. And I'd like to dig up Buck Perry and kick him in the crotch for all the time I wasted carefully piddling along contour lines, creek channel dropoffs, and all that BS. Ya know why fish love hanging out under docks? Because they are FLAT!

When you said "leaving me" I thought you meant...... Sayonara mo fo! 😁 I was gonna say....That solves your boat problem. 😊

The best way to keep from getting it is to stay close to home, wash your hands when you get home from ANYWHERE, and by all means stay away from doctors offices, pharmacies, and hospitals.

I'm certainly no doctor, but my mom was full blown LPN/RN/Med Prac/ Med Tech, and I grew up hearing first hand stories of botched medical cases and unnecessary surgeries that all too often lead to death or the ruining of people's lives. Probably 80% of people who you find at doctor's offices and at hospitals more than once every few years are hypochondriacs or have Munchausen syndrome. Doctors have learned that if they tell the patient that there isn't anything abnormal going on with their body then the person will likely just keep going to different doctors until they find one that will diagnose them with SOMETHING and attempt to treat it. People don't worry about their dogs health until they notice the dog isn't eating, has had no appetite for days, or is puking or pooping blood excessively.....THEN they become concerned and take the dog to the vet. They should use the same mindset on themselves and stop clogging up the waiting rooms. Trial and error diet and exercise is where you find acceptable health....not at the pharmacy. A buddy of mine has severe migraines and PTSD, he is on a plethora of meds, but if he would quit drinking 12-14 beers every day and start cooking instead of eating take out food I bet he wouldn't need any of the prescriptions he's on. Not that the prescribed meds are even helping.... because they aren't.

That just popped into my head when I was trying to think of good reasons to go to a doctor. Happpened to a friend's kid after eating a grilled hamburger. Piece of stainless wire from a grill brush.

You doctor going people will never learn. Got a broken bone?....go to the doctor. Got a severe laceration?......doctor. Got a fish bone or piece of wire stuck in your throat?..... doctor. Feel bad and don't know why?...... A doctor isn't going to know either, and odds are you'll get over it on your own before any doctor can figure it out. If your condition is deadly then you're likely to die regardless. IMO you stand a better chance of surviving if you spare yourself all those trips to the hospital and all the poking, prodding, testing, and trial chemicals. Basically, as long as you still feel like eating and playing on the internet.... you're gonna make it. Stop stressing and just rest.

Ok cool. That's all I was wondering. 👍

You're doing a fine job. I'd hire ya. Flat rate though.....not hourly 😅 -
Oh sure, now you're linking stuff that everybody, even ME, knows. 🙄 But you'll start coming up with eclectic words again soon, I'm certain of it. 😎

Patreon will kill the QUALITY free info on YT pretty soon. Probably as soon as they partner with Google. Which is fine, as long as there's a way to get refunded if the instructional video is crap. -
Don't mind me. I'm just starting my Google grocery list again.

I really want to start a YouTube channel. Guys could learn alot of cool stuff about their boats/motors, and sharing it would be fun. Besides that, the days around here are absolutely hilarious at times and I bet the channel would go stupid crazy with views and subscriptions.....and of course I'd have a genuine blast in the comment section. 😁 The major deterrent is that I have zero patience for learning about the editing and formatting, lighting would probably be a constant issue, and I'm not sure about the legalities of posting interactions with various people without explicit consent....and all that crap. Too many headaches I'm afraid. But if I could do it, it would be awesome. -
In case you didn't know..... Frickalopotini is tampons fried in a buttery shampoo sauce, and served over a bed of kitty litter.

You didn't fail it. They told you that you did hoping to get some kind of a confession..... because they probably had no real evidence on ANYONE at that time. If you had broken down and confessed to ANYTHING that was contradictory to your words when initially interviewed.....then BOOM they now have real evidence in the form of a confession. (either semi or solid) It's a psychological trick that works more times than not. It isn't the "machine" that detects deception, it is the psychology scholar that is asking the questions. It's a mind game. Like I said earlier, with kids you can do it with a few gummy bears and some fishing line. With adults it helps to have something that appears way more technical. 😊 A special room, with a special chair facing AWAY from the "examiner", and some computer looking things, with lots of wires and sensors spread around. It's kinda funny really. Most criminals are STUPID.... therefore it usually works to get an initial confession, and one confession leads to another through interrogation. -
Browns, when the river gets any, are stocked right around the Fall firearms deer season opener time, but I don't think they did it last year at all. The browns that are currently in there are holdovers from prior stockings or BSSP escapees from the 2019 flood. Rainbows get thrown in whenever....you never know. Used to be every month except for July-Aug. but they have slacked off on that the last few years (those fish go to urban areas now, so if you want some for smoked trout dip....go there!). The last KNOWN stocking of Rainbows in the river was early October 2019. If there's been any stocked since then it has been darn few.

The grocery store I go to only has 5 aisles, unless you count the ones with Kitty litter, shampoo, and tampons.

Well, for starters there's no manual start EFI's, you gotta have a battery for THAT to work, and a 2-stroke manual start will come to life just as quickly as a manual start 4-stroke will. Neither will be "one pull" when cold. Quiet:. You got me there. There's nothing any quieter than a motor that won't run. Difference in fuel economy over a day's time could be measured in a coffee cup. Not trying to sway your decision or change your mind, I just see this flawed mindset (thinking error) spreading like the coronavirus, and I'm throwing out vaccines at every chance I get.

Every time I click on this thread I see words that I've never seen, or heard of before. Am I really that ignorant about FOOD, or are there others here that have to Google after looking at every recipe ? I had no idea that stocking a grocery store was so complicated. The hilarious part is that if one of you says...."I prepared a frickalopotini tonight", then someone else will say..."Been awhile since I had a good frick, need to whip up a batch soon". I interrupt my wife from whatever she's doing and ask, hey what's "frickalopotini"? And she says, "Hu?" So there's no way that I'm the only idiot alive, I've actually managed to find another one, and marry her. We eat mostly beef, pork, fish, and chicken. Baked, fried, or grilled. 😊
