Well it seems like just yesterday. 🙄

I always wonder why anybody even bothers ASKING. As if they really plan on taking your word for it. Kinda like cops asking for your name, or "is this your current address?"", or anything else for that matter. You know they are gonna verify the information, so why even bother asking you in the first place? Everybody wants to play head games.

Back in the day I used to run service calls all over the lake for a boat rental outfit, and calls to PC were pretty common. One time it was a "won't start" call and when I got there it was a forty-something guy all by himself, away from everyone else and just sitting there in the boat crying his eyes out. Nice guy, trying his best to be polite, but obviously terribly upset about something and I guess concerned about being stranded. The shifter was in gear so I pulled it back to neutral and the engine immediately fired right up. As soon as the engine started the guy absolutely exploded with emotion. Have you ever seen anyone cry so hard that tears sprayed out of his eyes like on a cartoon? Well that's what this dude was doing. You couldn't get within 5 feet of him without getting wet. He finally pulled himself together just enough to ask what he owed me, and at that point I was starting to tear up myself, so I choked out "awe man don't worry about it, the place you rented from takes care of me". Well that was the wrong thing to say because that little display of customer service sent him completely over the edge. He bursted into tears again and at that point I couldn't hold it back anymore and tears started rolling down MY face. I get back in my boat and start making my way back out through the maze of bikini's and drunks, I'm crying and the dude idling out behind me is crying. I'm sure a bunch of people were wondering what the Sam hell went on back there. 😀

Well let's see.....I've had fishing licenses in Mo, Ar, Tn, Ga, Fl, Sc, Ok, Tx, Az, Mn, Wi, Mi, and was never asked for ss#.

At Party Cove? No, not at all, but for some reason they want everyone to think that. The reality of party cove is that a mix of people pull in there, tie up, and then nobody talks to anyone. Why they want to anchor down in a crowded cove with 14 stereos all playing different music, to just chill with the folks in their own boat is a mystery. Occasionally somebody will get into a fight because their wife showed her tits and her old man gets mad at everyone for looking, or somebody will fall off a boat and get hurt, but other than that it's about the most boring and annoying place to spend a day.

Where do you think I got the idea? 😉

Child support enforcement

Shoulda known. So some politicians daughter in Jeff city got knocked up by Harvey Finklestien, and they were too afraid of negative feedback to consider an abortion. Finklestien ain't paying his child support. Instead of holding down a job ol' Harvey is spending his days chasing hybrids at Marie-Osa Delta with some cute little county girl. They know this because princess is Facebook stalking him constantly in between diaper changes, shaking up bottles of formula, and steady doses of antidepressants. "Don't worry Princess, daddy will fix this just like he fixed that rat-basturd teacher that tried to flunk you in home-economics class".

What about the guys that have lifetime permits? Are they gonna hunt them.down and demand SSN ? They already have mine because they once suspended me for 4 days, for being 1200.00 in child support arrears. I was all paid up in advance to the age of 18.....but guess what? They made a law that CSE enforcement stays in effect if the child stays in school/college past their 18th birthday but didn't inform anyone. Guess you're required to read every page of every newspaper, every day it's published.....or else you'll never know when you're breaking a law. Since I had paid the college tuition that was due my ex called CSE and said "I didn't authorize this", to which they said "so what?". She says, well I don't want the money. They said, well WE do. She said, it ain't your child. They didn't care. CSE collected an additional 4400.00 from me and KEPT IT FOR THEMSELVES. Nobody in my family ever received a penny of it. I called a lawyer buddy....and he wouldn't touch it. Basically just said "sorry bro, you're screwed". The fact that MDC is in bed with them is yet another reason why I have so little respect for the MDC. I'd just like to know why they partner with CSE. What's in it for them?

Was in Dick's in Osage Beach last night. They have the biggest stock of kayaks and boards that I have ever seen anywhere. I asked one of the guys if they'd been selling alot of them and he said it has been crazy. I bet they have over 200 (of just kayaks) in stock, not to mention the stand up boards and canoes.

I have installed a bunch of them. Not much to know. Speaker wire works fine. Wire them like Christmas lights. Seal off all splices with liquid tape and use an inline fuse downstream of the switch. Shoe Goo works great as an extra adhesive.

Her story is inadmissable. She was drunk. If the state is going to claim that a person with .08% BAC is unfit to legally do anything...then they certainly can't legally be a witness. This case should get thrown out.

Their presence is discouraging to me, and I'm neither a poacher nor a criminal. Aside from friendly creel checks I feel that nobody should be detained unless the rangers have received a complaint. If you are enjoying yourself and not bothering anyone or anything then you should not have to heel down to the gestapo.

True that! Handguns and assault style weapons are what got the ball rolling though. Nobody that I know of used either for hunting, and nobody I truly respect does to this day. Yet hunters are the ones most concerned about the rights to own guns being taken away. When the AR's and the Glocks moved in.....There went the neighborhood.

It isn't. It describes the technique. Basically dropping it through schools of suspended bass that are wolf packs of lost & homeless fish because they get relocated 2-4 times per month.

They enforce randomly at Bennett, you truly never know if you're about to get in trouble or not. I have been ticketed for letting my kid and her friend ride in the back of the truck from the Highbank hole to the park store at a peak speed of 12 mph. Got pulled over and given a ticket going up the hill to Larry's for ice cream and not wearing a seat belt. And also got repremanded and had my truck searched for drinking a beer with lunch on the tailgate. All of the above you can see people doing every single day without a care in the world. I just must have one of those faces that says "Please jack with me!" to anyone wearing a badge. And it doesn't help that I am a natural born smart@$$ who is somewhat crafty with words. Simply driving through Bennett is uncomfortable for me, I feel like I might have to submit to a body cavity search. And quite frankly....I AM a virgin.

Here is a flutter spoon project that I concocted last year, caught a couple good ones, but never fully tested it. The two spoons rattling against each other may or may not be a good thing..... not sure yet. They are 4" long.

Buy that girl a mountain bike. Most enjoyable excersise there is.
