Who is the current best Pro?

I think it is plenty fair, some guys just choose to run electronics that are behind the curve..cough cough...lowrance. Im sure Wheeler or Lucas could have a sponsorship by any electronics company they want but they choose not to so they can have it all -
I kinda miss miss my 2008 Tracker TXW. started with a 60 4 stroke. Then i put a 75 opti on it and had it flashed to 115. it was fun rig. I saw so many of the same boats out there and it was fun hauling past them. Love my Pro Craft more for actual fishing though.

Watson and i go way back before i even fished much. We still keep in touch. I always thought of spooning as a big fish deal. We do get a lot of shorts but ive had plenty of days with multiple 4 lbers, Caught a 5.99 and a 4.55 on back to back cast once -

That interesting, may have to try it. Most the summer Fish on Table Rock i catch are closer to 20 all the way to 40'. Just with one spoon they have so much leverage i only land about 50% of the keepers i hook...the small ones never come off -
Great report, I havent ran across any schooling fish on top to speak of this summer, For me top water has been non existent. Glad you guys had a good day

Never have heard of that, I think it would be hell under boat docks, have a hard enough time keeping just one from hanging on everything in the world down there. In an 8 hour day i have to sit down and respool half way through the day cuz my line gets so beat up on cables and pitching over boat lifts -

A spoon and a topwater are the only things on my deck this time of year. Spooning is a lot of work, I usually hit 20-30 docks in a tournament day. Lots of getting hung on dock cables and whatever else people drop of their docks. But it is consistent we usually catch quite a few -

Thank you. Big flutter spoon under a dock did the trick, that one was on the bottom in 24ft -
The little man talked me into taking him tubing last week so of course i did. Then he wanted to catch a fish. Bridge pillars are always a for sure thing, had to hit a couple and then he caught a couple on a drop shot. Livescope helped a bunch to find what side of the pillar they were on. It was all he could do to get that smallmouth in, i thought either him or my rod was going overboard

We have been catching quite a few Spooning docks on Table Rock, My buddy uses a white spoon and i use chrome, they almost always prefer the white. We have caught a lot of small 12-14 inchers this year too. Most of them between 20-30ft

Honestly I was keeping fish in my well for a club tourney, and i put Rejuvenade in there, and apparently it is like crack for fish they were so hard to hold down, if i didnt have a friend with me i couldnt have got a pic. After reading online people say that stuff is actually bad because it stimulates the fish instead of calms them. So who knows what to use, Most say "please realease me" is the better stuff. -

Unplug that Xi5 for a few minutes and plug it back in. I had one for 4 years and every once in a while it would do that -

Happy to report, we didnt have any dead fish at all. 10 boats showed up and only a couple limits, I reminded everyone a couple days ago to ice there livewells and take care of the fish. All fish swam off without any issues. 12.02 to win, I had 12.0 for second. Big Bass 3.82 2nd Big 3.80 My buddy beet me by 2 hundredths to win and i beat him by 2 hundredths for big. Toughest day ive had in a while, I usually fish during the week, not sure if all the boat traffic hurts the bite or what, but it was slow today -

I told myself this morning i was going to post a fish no matter what length, i hope everyone that enters at least posts there best fish. I actually forgot about the virtual tourney and my buddy reminded me before weigh in at the little club deal we were in, I kinda forgot what the number was but i thought it was 733 so i jotted it on a piece of paper and held the fish while my buddy snapped the pick. I had to look up on the ride home if it was the right number lol!!! -

Ive been in an X19 and they are awesome but if you plan on fishing big lakes i say get the glass, they do everything a little better except bumping into trees and beaching

The skeg on the Force is pretty fragile too, so watch it when you get shallow. But they made it replaceable, so not a huge deal if it breaks

Pulled the new tube out he installed, IT was 8 1/2 inches long and went straight down. Problem is My tank runs under my seat across the whole boat. Both sides are 8 1/2 inches deep but the majority of the tank is 14". The gas gauge sensor is right in the middle under the seat so i took it off and measured it. I need a tube like the one he took out that is flexible that i cant weight to get it to the middle.. Im going to stop back by the shop and ask for my old one and at least tell him about his hack job. Took me about 10 minutes to pull the tube and see the problem. My gas gauge reads wrong and says i have a half but its more like 3/4. Guess ill keep it full until i figure out a new tube situation
