    I have a standard conversion for my 3wt turns 8 ft into 10ft very impresseed with it.

    Just saw this about TFO Ticr-x rods, they make a 2 handed conversion kit for 9 ft 7 &8 wt rods. Since I happen to have a 7wt might be option.

    Had office christmas party last night in branson so we decided to amke a weekend and stay at lilley's for weekend. Got on the water about 11 and headed up the lake. Didn't go more than 1/3 mile from landing and saw midgeing fish and the bite was on. Caught them mostly on marabou jigs, sculpin olive/orange or brown/orange. Nothing big but steady bite. Also had some on ruby midge 18" below egg pattern. Great day on the water with girlfriend

    water is clear least it was yesterday, fishing ok olive leach, and peacock and partridge soft hackles worked for me. Nothing big but fun

    Brown are there had to put 2 back in deeper water. beached themselves trying to get into fish ladde when water was down

    Hey fellow ozark anglers just got kayak and wondering where some good Putin spots are on James. Have heard you have to be careful about some access areas with break ins. Prefer to just paddle upstream and fish back down rather than shuttle. Have 2 day work week so plenty of time during the week on most monday, Wednesdays and Fridays.
