    Bait caster I fish 12 or 14 lb. fluocarbon and on spinning 8 lb. t i throw alot of jigs and PB&J , texas craw, green pumpkin jigs are working for at this time!

    With the high water thst is coming will it be a plus or a negative ? I would think it would be a plus with a new group of spawners coming in. More spawning in the bush now?

    If I had to guess, I would think alot of the big fish came on the A -Rig. Main lake points, bluff walls and ends. Just my 2 cents!

    Went today to pick up my batteries at Battery Outfitters. Good advice guys. I went from a 27 series to a 31 series trolling battery for $10 bucks more per battery. And the 31 series was just 3/4 of a inch longer. With the 31 series I have way more cca, mca,and rc of 220. I am ready to go. Now if my trolling motor just holds out for one more year!

    I have done and I still fish it with no problems. I use two VMC Spinshot hooks, one about 10 in. From the weight and then the second hook about 12 in from the other. The Spinshot hook can rotate 360 with no line twist! Works great and you can get some doubles too!

    I was out last night from 7 pm to midnight and I fished the Kim City area . I had 10 with 5 keepers and two went 3 pounds! But I was fishing points, bluff ends. I was fishing a t rig craw and two came on a jig! You would think the night bite would be better and with a full moon?????

    Oh, by the way I went to O’Reillys to get the part and it was $14 bucks and I had to do some fancy fitting to make it work! But the Local Chevy dealer had the exact factory plug that I needed for $63 bucks. Wow talk about mark up! I made it work!
