    I just finished dinner, on what appears to be a normal night. I'd say on average, it's between 6:30 to 7:30. I'm more like you though, I always seem to do my best work late at night.

    I've been to Jefferson Lake in FoPo a few times lately. Been catching decent sized bass working a black blue jig or junebug worm slow out in the grass.

    Hey Guys, There is a memorial tournament coming up this weekend for the brother of my wife's friend . We will be camping there for the whole weekend, but I'm not currently fishing in the tourney. I figured I'd check here to see if anyone with a boat would want to partner up. None of my vessels meet the length/hp requirements. Also, II figured I'd pass along the info if anyone else wanted to sign up. Details attached in the pic below.

    Going to be taking my first trip to Rend Lake with my family for a little camping trip next weekend. Never fished the lake before. I would like to target some LMB. How does the lake usually fish this time of year? What is the most prevalent cover and structure types? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Well scratch that... wrong lake - we're going to Rend Lake.

    I'd agree with wrench here. I have two canoes - a old towne square stern I use for the rivers and an old aluminum I use on lakes. I made a cheap TM mount out of some 2x6 and 2x4 and some C-clamps. Works great, but the canoe tilts significantly when you step out. Don't really trust it on the river.

    Nice fish Jack. There are a lot of big carp in Jefferson Lake, as well as some huge Koi.

    I would imagine it is open. We did an event that was put on by the shopping center, but I didn't see any signs that said "no fishing" or anything.

    I took my daughter to a kids fishing derby this weekend. I didn't have time in the morning to go pick up some worms or crickets, so I figured she'd do fine with the little varmint. Turns out she did even better than I expected. She caught 6 bass in an hour and a half. All decent sized as well. She even caught this keeper on her own, I was just there to take hooks out and and hold it.

    There's a good inshore spot Right by the Destin bridge. I caught several specks, reds, and even some mackerel when I was there. I'll pm you some more specifics when I get home tonight.

    Hey Everyone, I just wanted to post here and see if anyone was aware of any finance openings in the St. Louis Area. I have worked as a Sr. Financial Analyst for the past 3 years for a furniture manufacturer here in Saint Louis, however the new ownership group is relocating the company to North Carolina. My wife and I have decided to keep our family here, so I will be in search of a new position. If you know any friends, family, or other people you may know that have any openings I would appreciate any leads you could provide. Thanks! John

    I know the TP and Pro Qualifier have similar schematics. Does anyone know if the spools are interchangeable? Can you use a PQ spool in a TP or vice versa?
