  1. We have "NO WAKE" buoys out in front of our dock in Mill Creek and not many pay any attention to them. On a busy weekend you can watch numerous large boats pass between the dock and the buoy. I haven't seen a water patrol boat anywhere on TR in the past two summers. It is absolutely crazy. This past Sunday I had a time just trying to avoid all of the boats up in Mill Creek just to get out to the main lake.
  2. Good news. Thanks for keeping us updated.
  3. X 2 on the Gemini's Trophy, including yours truly.
  4. Good reports guys. The topwater bite is certainly a mystery, maybe one of these days.
  5. Thanks for the report Dave. Glad you and the kids are having a good time. That is some story about the tire flying off the KC bridge!
  6. Thanks for the report Bill. Happy clients indeed. Great pic of the craw along side of the ned!
  7. I run Humminbird units front and console. Mapping, down scan, and 2D are good, easier to operate than Lowrance units. Customer service is very helpful with a few non serious issues. Price point is fair for what you get in the units.
  8. Good night for you and Trevor. Sorry about the lost fish, those would have made a huge difference at the scale.
  9. Sorry about the hook in the finger QB. Did you forget your net, I thought you always used the net on your fish.
  10. I second that Dave!
  11. We encountered the same lack of top water bite last Sunday early with low clouds, low light, and slick conditions. Just blamed on the fact that it was Memorial Day weekend, but I just don't think they are in much of surface feeding mood yet.....strange. Good report Bill.
  12. I agree QB. In the last 3 weeks the fishing pressure in the KC area has been crazy. At times it seemed you had to take a number to get in or around any spawning pocket.
  13. Great work Danger, and an great idea on putting your lures in local shops. I hope it goes well for you.
  14. I did catch a 4 lb LM that looked to be full of eggs Saturday. I was just on the cove side of a main lake point in about 6' of water. She ate a Fin almost as soon as it hit the water. We caught around 25 total with a mix of LM, smallies, and K's all were post spawn.
  15. Excellent day guys. I am with QB it's time to get the TW baits out, and get after them.
  16. Isn't it nice this time of year to pick your favorite lure/technique and just go catch them!
  17. Great day you had, a little cool, but low light and cloud cover must have been the key. No Ned fish?
  18. Good results for a short trip. Thanks for the report.
  19. I have got to go there. Very nice! What was your best lures and techniques?
  20. Glad to here you saw the light on using the Ned Rig. Much more fun for the wife and kids to catch fish, and very rewarding for you to watch it all happen. Good report.
  21. With that range of water temp, I would agree the fish that far up the James are about done, as you suggested. Good numbers of fish and a good days catching.
  22. Excellent afternoon of fishing QB. Nice report.
  23. What is going on with you willyfish? We are serious and sincere about the information we post on this board, and you should be also.
