i think the money goes into the Dept of Def budget in a fund they keep for when there is a program or something that is not specified in the budget. I was involved twice in this situation. In both cases it was a congressional enactment That the Dep of the Army was to administer. Even if you have the money to cover it you cannot do it because you must use money for what it was appropriated for. So you have no choice to ask for more. It gets worse if they have lot of money they have not spent and the time to submit next years budget is coming. You can be assured there will be all sorts of overtime, training, and some really odd stuff bought. I seen them purchase a piece of rusted up field artilkary and a Huey with busted windows and create large pads for them to set on then never paint them. I ask about the painting and was told there was no money.

I tend to believe if you can get out go ahad and do so. Weather seens to work good and bad on fishing no matter what it is. Around here i love dark riany days most all thru the year. Another favorite is bright sunny days in the evening. I will follow the shade and flip and pitch.

This one I got uses he litter box every time and if its not cleaned everyday she complains to me about it. She is a house cat and flat refuses to go outside. She even minds about 1/2 the time. Sleeps with us. Gets up between the two of us and purrs. She will not bother either of us if were sleeping. But if I so much as move a mustle in the morning after 6 am she is going to get after me to get up and feed her and take care of her littler box. Sounds spoiled HUH

Dogs and cats are fueled by love. It never fails. You treat them like you would want to be treated and they become mirrors of you. That is true nearly all thr time. More so than human children.

Some guy caught a Pirama down at the 3 mike markers 2 yrs ago. Wrench now if he has screwed around with a green sunfish befire he got caught.

I have no doubt it will catch fish but it is designed to catch fishermen . Way way back in the day we used to pinpoint crappie beds with nothing more than a small treble hook in back of a weight. Have caught bass to over three lbs casting that thing around. Only bet I would make on lures is a bass will bite anything.

All I know about things like fish and animal is when they say they cannot survive in Missouri I figure I can expect to catch or kill one in the not to distant future. I have killed a bunch of Armadillos. In their case they said the winters were to harsh sane as the Fla strain. But they never missed a beat. Now they got their sites set on taking over the yards in the St Louis area. Oh ! are you ever going to love it you guys up in that area. They can also about demolish the front end of your car if you hit one too. I bet if they would stock fla type up here they might just grow smaller and would interbreed with other bass destroying the strain in a couple of years

i would 100% recommend a English Lab. I have watched them around family and children for many years. Only bad thing is the shed. I think they will cost you a arm and a leg though. Camela does not like small dogs and cats. She just chases them but has never hurt one. She is primaraly all about her family. . I think he paid 7 or 8 hundred for her 15 yrs ago.

I take care of one for my neighbor. She is 15 yrs old and coming to the end of her days. They had two of them at one time the other is gone now. Anytime there was a child in the yard that child was the center of attention. When the young ones would go down on the dock she would insist on staying there watching them the whole time they were in the water. I do not think she was ever comfortable with them being around the water. They certainly are built like you say. The only thing about them is the undercoat is so thick you need a need a sheeps comb to brush them. And brush them you will. The undercoat is so fine it will float in the breeze. But you could never find a sweeter natured animal.

Anytime there is a string current moving through things it should be given the upmost respect. Root wads come to mind as one of the worst. They can suck you down into them life vest and all. I find it hard to believe there are not tubers drowned regularly.

Yep dtrs5kors there is another old saying " bass are where you find then ". My feelings are some of these people do not want anything to do with the fishing end. They just want to be told what ,when ,where and how and go do the catching. There is somehing wrong with that. I would not consider myself successful or be proud of myself if I was told everything.

I Was not talking to a scientist I was talking to fishermen. it is interesting to read. I can guarantee you it is no bible. I would not depend in anything other than a general way to catch fish. There are a million variables you need to consider. Most good fishermen would rely on there instincts and experience a lot more. i agree the Eupopeans might just have been slow. But the Viking were here on the east coast long before he was. the Chinese were on our west coast as well.

Iclass. Old Chris never debunked anything.the vikings and others had come to our shores long before he did. Only differance was the others left it as it was. Chris brought the europeans. That was not a good thing. And neither is knowing or believing we know everything there is to know about the fish. But it does provide a Good reason for requesting some silly thing like a Ear Mark to study the bowle movments of the bass. Just leave the fish be and enjoy the fishing

its been done but not down there. Think it is rediculous. Lots of people now days are looking for all sots of answers because they do not have real fishing in their bones . They just want to be told exactly when and where to catch a bass. Then they can relate to how good they are.

i think both things are true. Everytime I wonder about it I think about the fishes ability maybe use other sense such a vibrations and smell to move around. On the other hand I know they can move just because they had a hook stuck in their lip. I have burnt out spots thru catch and release. Then on the other hand i have caught the same bass more than one time out of the sane spot. I caught a 4 lber some years back about 4-5 times of a hump near me on the same color worm in the same spot, Sometimes only a few days apart. I got to calling her Marry Ann. Really the only thing that proves is Mary Ann was not so smart as we might like to think. After all she lived by preditation and greed.

How they see it and how much it really means are by far a different thing. I tend to think most times in the light or dark vein. There are too many other variables to put all your faith in color. Fish have a high sense of vibrations and also smell. Then when you throw in the right time, right place and right way color seems to be pretty far down the list in the presentation. i am not saying it does not maybe work to some degree. In 65+ years of doing this though I have seen uncountable times it just was not all that important.
