Bama O line played very well, better than they have all year. That was the difference. I think JT Daniels needs to get some playing time.

Believe me, I considered the motivation factor with Georgia getting in the playoffs win or lose. That had nothing to do with the final score. Georgia wanted to win just as bad as Bama. They just got it handed to them and Young had a big day and won the Heisman to go along with it. I tip my cap to those guys. I was surprised they blocked up front that well, they have struggled for most of the year. It's never easy picking against the spread. This may go to a round 2, see who has punches left to throw.

I won't touch the Clunn bait, heard too many bad things about them since they came out. On the other hand the Cherry Stunna looks like it might be a great bait, would love to hear how it casts and runs back to the boat. I don't get too much into colors. that shad fillet looks like one of the pointers I throw.

After careful consideration I think I need to side with the Razorbacks. My number is 14.5 although I may buy that half point. Very emotional win for the Tigers last week and Arkansas has a much better defense. If the fans down there think 8 is the right number they are under selling what that team down there is, I think 16-17 is right on this game. It is rivalry week though, whatever that means.

I agree go to Truman or LOZ, very good crappie fishing. I will say this though, whenever I have caught a crappie at Table Rock it is always a very nice one. There are some really good ones swimming in the lake.

To me Aaron was one of the all time greats. He could do it all and was a real master with light line. I always enjoyed watching him on tv and he was a real student of the game. When he figured out the deal where the bass were eating the birds pattern I thought, wow this guy thinks outside the box. He was special -
