I appreciate you trying to educate me on something that is public knowledge and of course was read by me before posting something of such a controversial nature. This is why I was delicate in my delivery. What you need to understand is that small encroachments ,much like creeping obesity, over time can erode your ability to move withing the intended framework of our constitution. Any gun law is an infringement on our rights. Now I understand folks with a more agreeable nature think that guns are dangerous and that these proposed laws would help but most crime is not committed by legal gun owners. Check out Colion Noir and take a look at guns stats and the nature of the regulations sought to be imposed. Sorry that this topic has struck a nerve. I again am just a big constitution fanatic. I don't think its right to peep into people's business or take their weapons or arrest them and let them sit for long period of time. I believe in equal protection and equal rights under the law. Further more place that have highest gun crime rates have strictest gun laws. Chicago L.A. San Francisco new York

I don't own guns. I have used them as tools over the years for pest control ... Food harvest ... Property protection. I don't own guns. The second amendment is fundamental to our sovereignty as free people. I am a constitutionalist now and forever... Our culture seems to ignore all relevant data on gun crime especially deaths. They focus on instances where firearms are used improperly and never when they are used to save lives. They focus on guns killing instead of holding the people who improperly use them accountable. I don't own guns. Roy Blunt senator from Missouri is siding with gun control measures thay would subvert our second and fourth and fifth amendment rights. I sent him an email sharing my issue with this legislation. I would encourage all who favor freedom and the constitution to do the same. My apologies if this is offensive to anyone. I am strictly concerned with the bill of rights and its guarantees to the citizenry of the nation. If they take guns or speech they can take anything . . .

I told ricks wife Sandy that they mentioned his memorial in their article and victory. She really appreciated it and speaks very highly those guys. Rick was a legend and really good guy. His boys are great people as well. Privilege to have called him family as well as friend.
