Not sure since the lake has come up a little but I had a buddy launch there several weeks ago and dinged up the bottom of his trailer where the ramp is broke off

That is true DI does help someone learn what certain structure looks like on sonar

Back to the original post since this has turned into another peeing contest for this forum. From my previous experience if you are wanting side imaging on the console you will want a screen larger than 5". I could not see the detail on it like I can on the 7" touch screen. I think DI is overrated you can see the same picture with sonar once you know what your looking at.

From the joe bass results sounds like there are better ways to catch them right now though

You have to commit to it to get it figured out. My brother and I were fishing a hot summer day throwing everything we had not a bite. So I said we're drop shotting till we figure it out 2 or 3 summers later it is my goto method when I need a limit. leave it all at the house except for that drop shot rod

I went out of aunts creek today. I caught 10 with 8 keeps for about 12-13 lbs 7 were on an a-rig 3 on a spoon. When they bit the rig they hit it like a train. Mostly Kentucky's with 1 good smallmouth
