  1. Nice bass Jeff. Great photo! Too bad no keeper walleye.
  2. So was ambergris from sperm whales
  3. @laker67 that all sounds like a great bday. Sorry that you had to read the regs to those guys but hopefully they learn and don't go back to bait fishing in the trophy areas. Glad that you guys caught a few.
  4. Definitely a great woman there buddy! You are a lucky man and she is a lucky woman! Hope that you guys have many many more seasons ahead of you both.
  5. Jeff nice football spots and a heck of a smallmouth. Congrats buddy!
  6. Thought this was very funny to me 🤣
  7. Get those skulls cleaned Marty. I may want to buy another beaver or otter to go with the ones that I have.
  8. I'm a bank/wade fisherman and have caught fish at the Bennett Spring and Barclay access points. So I would think that the float from Bennett Spring access below the Rt 64 bridge down to Barclay access would be better fishing. I have no idea how long a float that is in total river miles.
  9. I was pretty close to that total for a three day PA non-resident fishing license . I'm assuming that you're still fishing on that non-resident license currently. So it seems like you are getting your money's worth so far.
  10. Still a few states that run their licenses with a year from date of purchase, like here in MD for one. Delaware and West Virginia do not which sucks.
  11. Nice fish @FishnDave even though you only caught a couple, better than none .

    What's Cooking?

The AI on here must not have liked my use of a certain word referring to a lady of the night and so replaced it with "lady"

    What's Cooking?

I'm not the only self professed "like lady" on this thread or even in this immediate conversation
  14. They celebrate the muskrat out here in MD. Have festivals with muskrat dishes and skinning contests. it's a big deal, but when you are completely surrounded by as much wetlands like there are here, you are going to see a lot of those guys. Also have some beaver and otters. Have a lot of red fox.

    What's Cooking?

Let's just put it this way, my Karma is great in that regard. Lots more given than ever received even for you and @ness! you know where to look
  16. I only lived in MO for 20 yrs and never tried to give a license for Xmas but the dates of coverage Mar 1 to Feb 28 had not changed that entire time. So you either plan for it by buying a 2020 license before hand or pay just to have the license in Jan and Feb. Even at $29 it's cheap. Drop the hunting part and it's cheaper still.

  19. Very sorry to hear about your loss.
  20. Greys are native to MO.
  21. Actually they don't outcompete the greys so they are just non-native. Naturalized.or not the name applies nonscientist.
  22. Ok a fuzzy photo but a backyard squirrel on our feeder. Looks like a plush toy. I hope ots a pregnant female. If not it needs to lay off the nuts and corn 😄
  23. Seen them climb. Surprised me the first time that I saw one climb 10 to 15 feet up a hickory to check out a squirrel nest.
  24. Take all those invasive reds😉! Always wanted a grey for a full body mount. Maybe someday.
  25. Couldn't agree more🤣.
