My biggest problem is my finger tips get cold even in insulated gloves, i think it's nerve damage from all the abuse my fingers have endured being a big equipment mechanic for years, burning my finger and smashing and pinching them over the years, plus arthritis in the joints. I just ordered a pair of waterproof wind proof insulated bib overalls but they not gona keep my fingers warm....lol

About every 2 weeks i plug my on board chargers in until the green lights come on then i unplug them...Someone gave me a group 29 battery and it was like 4 years old, i didnt use it so i left it sitting outside for over a year and someone wanted a battery to use and i told them i didnt know if it was any good or not, they came and got it and it was still good held a load test and he installed it and motor cranked up...lol...battery had not seen a charger on it for over a year. -
8-10 pound striper on a zebco 404 with 20 pound test mono is a ton of fun, just couldn't seem to get the drag set tight enough...lol

Im 20 miles north of Shell Knob and about 20 miles south of I 44...i see now we only suppose to get a dusting..snow dont bother me as much as the ice does....I havent been out fishing since it turned cold... cold + arthritis in hands dont go well..

Last year i bought a Shimano seadona 2500 for like 30 bucks, it was on sale 50% off and have had no problems with it and i do use it for crank baits.
