Thanks guys we found 5 or 6 keepers and a nice catfish throwing Swimbaits along bluffs.

I'm definitely not a good fisherman. Everyone is talking about catching a bunch and I did decent on a swimbait last week caught like 6 in 2 hours. But can't buy a bite this weekend any tips tricks would be appreciated. Also I may need things put into perspective I'm not a bass fisherman generally I usuy target crappie and white bass at other waters is bass fishing in general slower even in the best of times?

I only get to fish 8 to 10 times a year and I can guarantee this point just south of indidian point will have a boat on it nearly every nice day by daylight. So if it wasn't me it will be someone else.

I didnt mention this earlier in my posts but as I was giving the mlf guy an extra wide space. He decided to leave and just before he fired up the boat he yelled over enjoy the spot! Almost sounded like I was crowding him.

Went fishing real quick before breakfast one of the mlf guys was in the cove we live at and where I was going to fish I dropped in behind him and gave him plenty of room. I never saw him catch one before he left. I caught these behind him.

I know drop shot will start soon we have several people that live around our lake house that would like to learn to catch some fish. we like to drop shot in the summer which is mainly when we are there. where is the most economical place to buy nightcrawlers the convenience store prices seem high.

If I'm by myself and Im in the boat leaning over the bow to unhook the strap it hits. If I have someone standing on the ramp to unhook and I'm I. The driver seat it's not a problem.

Let me know if you need pics of mine. I have a tracker targa. The only downfall to the xi5 is it over hangs the nose and can catch loading and unloading.

Did you buy bablers xi5? If you did you made a good choice I think.
