    The long shallow one at Paradise Point Condo's is private. They used to not monitor it but it got so busy the last 2 years they are cracking down. I have a place there and it's a talking point at every association meeting now.

    Seems like they could draw them down 5 feet each over winter without upsetting anyone above each dam. They do it in the SE lakes every year. Property owners even plan dock and bulkhead maintenance during those draw downs.

    You have to stay there. It’s a VERY shallow ramp anyway. Better bring hip boats and have a lifted truck or you and your truck are getting wet. You have to back way out in the water to float a boat.

    I thought you had to have a house in oakmont to use that ramp. I’d ask around at the big cedar marina if they know anything about it. They keep that up and they might get shot by someone more paranoid than you were.

    Let’s just say they told us it was safe when they clearly don’t know or lied to us. That’s the point everyone has been making from the beginning and now scary stuff is coming out about it.

    None of my kids or grandkids got it thank goodness. My wife and I are 60 and we were scared into by false information or the lack of it. We were skeptical of it right from the start. Look at the Pfizer India deal. Pfizer is clearly hiding a lot.

    I've never seen a racoon in my neighborhood in daylight. But at night on my camera system, my yard is a dam party zone of animals. Coons, possum, fox, yotes, cats, deer and some things blur by so quickly I don't what they are. I have videos of 5-6 coons at a time cutting through the yard. They have a dirt trail worn down between the culvert stand pipe and my neighbors house. It's crazy how much wildlife is out at night in my neighborhood.... Guy in the other cul de sac said the old lady next to him feeds the coons and she has dozens at a time in her yard at night.
