    It wasn’t you or anyone who regularly goes there. It’s the other 600 you might not want “checking” it out after reading the reports. Could easily put it in the Smallmouth section and not bring “unwanted attention” to it all. I don’t mean any disrespect. I’ve seen firsthand what the internet can do. A few meat eaters can ruin a a place like that pretty quick.

    My in-laws have a dairy farm with many cats always around . They didn't mind them much in the barns but if one would stalk my mother in-laws bird bath she would have it whacked. I did the deed many times. They assumed they were getting dropped off by "town" folks.

    My daughter and I put in at Cricket Creek for her to practice trailering, launching and loading, and driving the jet boat. Long creek is choked off with logs and debris at the mouth of Yokum. On a happier note she backed in the trailer, launched the boat, parked the trailer and did it all in reverse when we came back. Then drove back to the condo and backed the trailer into the spot. She is so proud. 4 days in a row we’ve been practicing.

    HIIT is great. I use a fan bike for it. Look at new research that dementia is type 3 diabetes. Sugar, starch and seed oils are horrible for our health.

    Launched at 5:30 and went down a couple coves and went as far back as I could again. Had a huge blow up on the buzzer but never caught one on it. Probably spent too much time throwing it. Saw some sticks and branches sticking out of the water and pitched a PJB Texas rigged big TRD in it bam, it was on. I just motored around looking for wood and caught on nearly every one I pitched to. In between I threw a PBJ finesse jig and caught several on that too. I finished at 10 and boy it was hot! Easily caught over 20 but not one was 15”. Still a lot of fun.

    @Dutchi was just joking around. Here’s a picture of a “half ounce triple blade next to the 1/4. With a twin tail trailer it definitely has enough weight for a bait caster. My BassX is a 7’2” med heavy.

    It probably weighs 3/8’s to a half. I think they just “call” it a quarter. I throw it a mile on a med st croix BassX bait caster.
