    I would be interested but a happy hour would work better for my work schedule. Not that alcohol has to be involved just the time of day. I can bug out of work almost any day by 3 PM but mornings and lunch are difficult to get away without leaving something hanging or worse yet having to work while I'm there at the breakfast or lunch. Just a thought and if it's breakfast or lunch I'll try and make it. St Charles BTW. Not sure where everyone else is located.

    We make rumaki every year for parties. It's the first thing to get eaten. Chestnut, wrapped in bacon with a little BBQ sauce on them. Bake until you can't stand it anymore then crush em.

    It's the best! I grew up on it. My Aunt Mary lived two streets over from them and my dad, when he came to St Louis lived 4 doors down from Amighettis. I'll have to get there this holiday season.

    My aunt Mary said it's the meat from the head. She brought one every Christmas to the house. Thick slice of onion and some mustard.
