I used to fish Ho Hum all the time when we frequented Bennett. When they put that pipe in the chute below the main bridge I haven't been back. I miss that place.
I've been making this recipe for a couple years now and my family loves it. White meat still moist and the dark meat done. We pour the drunk onions over the chicken and rip it apart.

I made 6 thighs last night. Cupcake thighs. Thigh, butter, bourbon and grated ginger in the cup with the thigh. Smoked 3 hours and they were fabulous. Shoulda doubled down and made 12.
Chicken breast's are tasteless and easy to overcook. I love wangs though!!
The lady at Boiling Springs said somebody tore a hole in their boat Wednesday just upstream from them when they were trying to get to the Big Piney.
How was the fishing, Seth?
Never caught a 20" smallie, 19 is the best so far but I'm working on it.
Too many 24 inch trout to count including browns. But then again I've been at it the trout game a long time. And it helps when your dad takes to the best trout fisheries in the country since I was able to walk. Most were caught on the Norfork and The White.
I've been on the forum forever and back then it was primarily for Taney. There was always a controversy about fishing or snagging in the outlets especially in the fall. So I just used snagged in outlet 3 to pay homage to the ongoing controversy. Used number 3 because if I used number 2....well you know, number two. Back then the group was so small and I never thought it would get this big I didn't even capitalize the first letters. Wish I would've though.
28 inch brown caught on a bugger at Rim shoals in the rain.
My daughter talked me into taking one out a couple years ago. It was a freebee at a resort so I don't think it was high quality. Felt like my knees where bumping my chin and I just don't bend that way. Never could sit cross legged on the floor either.
