I was on the river last spring and watched on the app as one approached. Gave myself a half hour and headed to the ramp. Sat it out in truck watching a couple guys who waited just a little long.
Rain, no big deal. Lightening, Iām not having it.
The My Radar App is great. Just radar, no ads or anything else that slows it down. Pop it open and it's on. The problem with most weather apps is all the stuff it loads before you get the important info.

Trust me I know and I love it. Whatever it was it was way better than the American stores made. My wife watched me down a few street meat tacos in Tijuana once. They were slicing the meat off the spit like they cook shawarma. She said you know that's probably not beef. I said yeah, give me another 50 cent corona.
Wow!! I use one all the time. I was at Tablerock last year or the year before when that guy was ejected and killed in front of Indian Point Marina. Might have been Stillwater Resort. His family all watching in horror. I think it was a couple months before his body popped up.
That's why I specifically said the one in Cancun Airport. For some reason that one is awesome. I've eaten at the one that was here in STL and another one down south and they sucked.
Hit a few garage sales, Craigslist or any other social media website and get all you want cheap. Kinda like exercise equipment.
I outfitted my workout equipment for penny's on the dollar. Most just said "if you get it out of my basement you can have it"
I have to say I donāt like em.
Their legal use of the lake hinders my legal use, but my legal use doesnāt hinder anyone elseās legal use.
They run us off the lake every Friday Saturday and Sunday in the summer.
My bonsai made it through the winter thanks to @Johnsfolly. Thanks!
I wouldāve watched it die on the kitchen table. I saw quite a few YouTube videos about the care they need. I bought it from a Japanese lady in a van on the side of the road last year. I buried the pot and all in the droppingās from my arborvitae in a protected spot and never touched it.
Iāll bring it in this week to prune and fertilize. The second is a roughly 10 year old redbud that popped up and we are training it to a trellis thatās 6ā tall
My rule is below 4400 CFS you can wade and be productive. Above that it gets limited at best. Be prepared to be disappointed though. Because āgeneration is subject to changeā.
If they are already generating they may not sound the horn for increases and decreases in generation so be careful.
