It's a hillbilly heading lock only much cheaper and more dependable.
Ham,
What about total length relative to your boat length? I would assume you don't want it to interfere with the motor?
Ideally no. It's just to keep the bow upstream without using a trolling motor. You hang it off the front of the boat so the boat is downstream of the chain.
True, but where is the entertainment in that? Besides that, when someone posts a detailed fishing report he gets railed for that too.
Ozark Anglerized!
They're think around here and I wish I could just set up on a new construction site along the highway on the way to work. Those sites are loaded with crab grass and dust and the birds are think in there.
Since September 1st is a Friday I'll pass on the draw........again this year.
Give us a report of your success please.
I always do this when I'm down there. I stop The State Park Marina and ask the guy running the dive desk. He can put you right on them. He said the island across from Branson Bell has been holding them 15- 20 feet. And he said right now 15-20 feet is a lake wide deal.
I've been thinking about getting certified to dive just for the fishing aspect of it. I asked the guy there how many fisherman he has sign up and he said a few. I've often wondered why more fisherman don't dive.
I went through this when MDC went online and killed my honey holes with big numbers of people that resulted from quick info on fishing locations. It is very shocking what the legal taking of fish on small waters can do.
i can show you a bunch of beautiful areas that are mostly devoid of quality fish only replaced by dinks.
