Looks to me like a great opportunity for free (or paid to remove) woodchips for landscaping! Remove, chip it, bag it up and sell it! If you take me up on the idea, all I ask is for 5% royalty. Cheap! You're welcome!

I didn't catch these with a fly. The got beached on shore, but were still alive, so I returned about 1/2 dozen of them back into the water. @Ham and others helped ID these as Slenderhead Darters:
