Man rps - that really sucks....kinda sick feeling when you walk up to the boat and see your stuff all messed with...mine was broken into this last spring....took electronics, poles and odd and end baits..still today figuring out stuff they took. At least you are looking on the bright side! Why can't folks leave other folks stuff alone!

Vernon - you are right it is winter and with it comes CBMS! A not often talked about but serious issue affecting dozens of fisher people nationwide and three small towns in Idaho - studies have shown that 7 out of every 5 fisher people have this debilitating condition - as you know symptoms range from the mild typing of random thoughts and comments on public fishing forums about mindless topics while slowly escalating to sitting in your recliner practicing pitching jigs into the dogs bowl while watching old fishing shows to the intervention level event of the person wearing the old one piece fishing overalls and sporting the trucker fishing cap.....in public.....wearing Crocs with socks while mumbling "it's a bigun" !! If you know of or are married to that person.....reach out - let them know that you artificially care about their plight....offer a kind hand....or a snack of some kind.... I think that we should have a benefit fishing tournament to raise enough off color plastic baits, Live Target clear lures that look like many small fish squished into one, A-rigs, fishing jersey's, buffs and that de-hooker thingy that Bill Dance promotes to change the lives of those affected! Can you imagine the smiles as the affected person receive's such things......that is how the healing begins!! Well I gotta go - the dog drank all the water out of her bowl now I have to fill it up again as I just tied on a NuTech!! C4F

That was a great report - I was wondering how you folks were doing given that it got all the way up to 30 here with a wicked wind!!! Donna, in the future please remember that fishermen never have "little bags" ......as we are a sensitive group All bags are equal in size....some just use them to their capacity while others tend to under utilize them. In the end don't we all win? I think the proper term is sackizationlly challenged. C4F

Santa must be real....I got a lump of coal last year in my stocking (real story)....I cried (not real story)..... BTW - you guys that will be fishing this weekend - I am jealous....it might crack 30 here......then it will be hitting the deep freeze!! So vernon while I might not be over 40 mentally my body sure is! And it tells me on these nasty cold days!

Well that depends gruber.....as long as it is one of those high back couple of slaps then that might be OK....with a total of 1.27 secs of touch, heads turned opposite each other....now anything more or any other hand / arm positioning - yeah that would be creeper alert stuff! Ahhhh the tale of no fish....yes Champ, reading your story I had flash backs to....last weekend!!! Except I did try to mix it up some.....then it began to SNOW!! I packed it up at that point. Those are the days that you work on your casting form.....you know...is the body extended correctly on the cast, was the bill of your hat facing the same direction that the bait is going? ....were the jerk bait twitches "just right" Was your HUK gear pressed? As you were racing to your next spot did you hunker down behind the windshield with your save face on? Consider these training days...much like football or golf camp!......one thing that you may want to do is to learn how to channel "The Bill" Please consider turning on your Go-Pro as we, your internet friends, would gladly critique.
