I'm a big fan of snowmobile suits, been using one for at least 20 years, I originally got to hunt in. . I can never get the layers right, always still cold or sweating and always restricted in movement. My suit works from any temp I'm gonna fish/run the boat in up to about 50 degrees then it starts getting too warm. Add a good head covering and boots and I'm very comfortable.
've been using my Curado B5 for so long I can't imagine using anything else for the wart. I think a slower reel has more sensitivity and I can only remember ONE time that I lost a fish that ran at me. I use the same reel for square bills.
This has to be the strangest thread I've read on this site. I have a nephew that has been on his college fishing team for the last few years. He has been very successful, fished both the FLW and the BASS College national championships, with not a thought of becoming an Elite angler. I've had several high school anglers in my boat when Republic had there summer school fishing class, I had as good or a better time than they did when we fished together. Good luck with the team.
You can manually add any data, ie depth, speed, temp, you want to each screen. I like depth and temp on my sonar screens, fuel remaining and speed on most of my chart pages. You are looking for the "overlay data" in the manual, easy to do once you try it a few times.
