Back in the day we had high water conditions at Stockton fishing was tough because of all the young small shad, semi clear bodies with hints of white and gold...used to modify plugs with gold props and red wide gap hooks...long casts right at daylight did pretty well....old nearnuthin Cordell plug was good too
