Over a certain weight they have to be registered with the FAA. Costs $5 This will include most of the better consumer models. If you use it commercially you have to have a license. That requires an exam but not sure on the cost. And there are rules that must be followed.

I never brine turkey to smoke it. But when I had a vertical smoker I would put the ham I was smoking at the same time over it so those sweet juices could drip on it all night long. We are having Thanksgiving on Saturday this year thanks to Capitalism. You know, supply and demand and whatnot. Gotta find something for the wife, youngest and I to do on Thursday.

I think not. I surprised one when I was a kid. He was working on a fresh rabbit that he had just killed. He dropped that rabbit and took off. They aren’t anything like a mountain lion.

About 10 years ago I was in a body shop in Tulsa and one of the painters asked me if I wanted one. I tried to pass but he wasn’t having it. Said he had the best way to eat one. He put it on a plate, dropped about a table spoon of butter in the middle, and microwaved it for about 30 seconds. He wasn’t wrong. Same thing happened at a BBQ joint on Lake Fork except it was with pecan pie.

I was just telling my group of stores that today. We do it for the customers. Oh, and the big fat bonuses that we love at the end of our year! (Actually that’s the ONLY reason my stores have sales. We are greedy like that) But we will be closed on Black Friday so we can stay home with our families and friends.

I refuse to shop the weekend after Thanksgiving. No "deal" is worth that BS. Christmas capitalism can suck it.

Me too. White is all you really need but I have had some love on yellow. I only carry one or two colors of any fly anymore. If they aren’t that interested I’ll just take some photos. -

My parents were going to get me a dirt bike when I was a kid until they saw me riding my cousins. My dad once had a stupidly fast bass boat but after a couple of conversations with his Water Patrol buddy on Pomme he got a new but much slower boat. I almost got to drive a 200 mph hydroplane. My dad owned the motor and one of his buddies had the boat. After my mom found out the deal was off. The list of no fear of speed goes on and on. I fear the other person too. I fear they will pull out in front of me while I’m in the triple digits.
