When I think of Sci-Fi I never think of Star Wars or Star Trek. Alien, Cloverfield, Event Horizon, those are Sci-Fi movies.
I did enjoy the recent Lost in Space series. I think Season 2 is coming soon but I probably won't watch it.
I read a book about it several years ago and found it interesting. I'll steer clear of this though. I don't know why they feel the urge to make these things longer than they need to be.
I've always been intrigued by the Kings. I have fished every inch that you can from a bassboat but never floated it.
I was late to the whopper plopper party too. What size were you using on the river?
I like it best from 400 to 600.
There are a lot of reasons I like it. Most are just sentimental. It used to have a lot less traffic on the stretch though too.
I don't think anyone ever claimed that either. Yes I have a kayak. No I haven't nor do I ever plan to fish a tournament in it. But thanks Mr. Jet Boat.
It's at 397 cfs. That's not a bad flow at all. Both stretches should be pretty good but you will see less traffic Galena to Blunks. But Horse Creek to Galena is one of my most favorite stretches in the world. Tough call.
I've gone on record with my buddies by saying that I think that records are pointless and don't matter. I would have done the same thing Bill did. Actually that's not true. I would have lost it at the boat and been sick about it forever.
There are those that search out things to be outraged about. If you let those people get to you, or even bother you, then you might be dumber than they are.
You didn't go search out this fish and kill it. Screw those people and be proud of this moment.
I found one a few years ago. It was gross.
It doesn't look like they have any idea where they are going but I know they do. They freak my dog out but most things do.
Same as it’s been in our company stores for over 10 years. Sure we aren’t anywhere the size of Walmart but this is nothing new.
And unfortunately Walmart isn’t going anywhere soon.
I heard from someone that was in an employee meeting that the incident in Springfield did have some to do with it. Especially them asking customers to not openly carry in their stores. Unfortunately all that will do is cause more "rights defenders" to openly carry in their stores.
Looks like the prices range from free to $20 depending on the level of amenities you would like. The free might just be for youngsters. Maybe they will jump on and answer some questions.
I heard Jeff Trigg will be there talking about streamer fishing for smallmouth. That would be good for anyone that is interested in that kind of thing. Or you could just hire Trigg for a day.
I haven't ever been but it's put on by guys that love to smallmouth fish from kayaks mostly and they post pics of a lot of nice fish.
Good thing about this country they are free to do as they choose. I love how everyone gets in an uproar when a big company changes their policy but nobody gives a crap how they treat their employees. Spend a little extra and buy local and support a local family instead of the stock market.
