The people expect it because that's what the government has been telling them. The problem is we have the wrong people in government.

Of course she is going to win. This election is just another sham. Her being elected president in 2016 was decided long ago and there is NOTHING the voters in this country can do to stop that. That's the sickening part. When you find out that your vote, at this level, means nothing.

I'm sure he has. But like I said they would never let him win. He would be better off spending his campaign money on hookers and cheetos.

He's got about as much chance as Bernie had. They will never let him be president. Every citizen in the country could vote for GJ and he would still lose.

This election is so depressing. These are our choices? Really? At this point I could't care any less. Both parties have shown their true colors. I can't help it that there are people that refuse to see it. I think which ever party wins will ultimately be destroyed. Because that's what we are as Americans today. We have to destroy anything we don't agree with, rather than work together to find a solution. Either way American Royalty continues to win and the rest of continue to pay their way. Either way we lose.

I waded downstream about a mile in a small creek west of Springfield with nothing to really show for it. I was headed back upstream to the car when I came across this pool of suckers. I had ignored them on the way down. It's jungle fishing in this creek so it was hard to really see anything. Threw a little crawdad fly pattern at the suckers just to see if I could get one to take it. Scooted it along the bottom a bit and it was attacked almost immediately. That sucker turned out to be a 17 inch smallmouth. In a hole about the size of a pickup bed. You never know what is about to happen. That was probably close to 15 years ago and I haven't been back to that spot. I doubt anyone has.

I've just been using Southwood and paddling towards the park. I have also went east under 65 and up the river but have had better luck towards the park.

Keep in mind it isn't the best time of the year. It's hot. They are hot. They don't seem to want to do a lot of chasing. But the fish I have caught have been fat, solid looking fish. Not those skinny LMs you usually see this time of the year. What area of the lake are you fishing?

The smallmouth on Stockton will destroy a chug bug. All time favorite.

Pretty much the same. Get some shade on the grass and it helps. Mostly using a 5 inch dark colored worm texas rigged. If you watch that grass closely you can sometimes see the fish moving through it. Haven't had much luck on anything else.

There are some monsters in the James. I've tangled with a couple of them but always end up on the loosing side as well. Keep after it, you are getting close.

Well I like Suffix mono, alot, so I will have to give this 832 a go. Want to see this fishing line that is apparently better than sex. I'll use no clip or leader though and you can't make me. I'm going to put it on a new spinning reel I need to buy. The last one didn't like being soaked in salt water and then forgotten about for several weeks. I never learn that lesson.

I fish them everywhere and I always have one tied on. Works great on our area lakes and rivers. I have more people laugh at that pink worm than I care to count. If they only knew.

I love that there are so many options. You can use a separate line for each method easily. Some of you do. But just remember it should fit your style, you have to find these things out for yourself. That's the fun part. Finding what you like, building confidence. I can't imagine throwing topwater on braid. To me and the way that I have confidence in topwater it has to be mono. Yeah I'm stuck in the eighties or something. I have used braid on topwater. Even as recently as last year. I like it for WTD baits but I don't use those. I like mono for topwater, crankbaits, spinnerbaits, floating worms (see I'm still stuck in the past). If sensitivity is needed then I'll go to braid or flouro. Or maybe I won't. I'm such a hack these days.

Hiding in the bushes until the coast was clear and then trashing the place like a bunch of children isn't what I call standing up for yourself. If you are such a badass then go in while they are there and get them back.
