  1. I think this is a cool format. Is there a schedule posted on Bassmaster?
  2. I have struggled since the classic. I think I am over thinking and doing too much research.
  3. Great event. I know FFS played a huge role, however, some big fish caught in the dirty water too.
  4. @Bill Babler Exceptional post with much logic and reasoning. Thank you for your insight
  5. Find: Ozark Anglers Password: Table rock
  6. Well the event has been interesting to follow. Here is the prize break down: 1st--$50 2nd--$35 3rd--$15 I will do gift cards from BaitWrx at the end of the season. All the best!
  7. Good Morning. So far, Shannon W., Scott W, Michael O, and Nicholas H have sent me $10 for the prizes at the end. Thank you all, and I am looking forward to a great season. Dave
  8. Hey guys, I just posted in our Fantasy Fishing message board how to make payment. The fee is $10. Based on our current numbers we will pay 1st and 2nd places. BaitWrks Gift Cards 1st Place $50 2nd Place $20 Good Luck and dont forget your lineups. First event is this week
  9. I can manage through my Venmo and PayPal Account. I can also get the gift cards. Here is my Idea if we get 10 to chip in $10. 1st $75 2nd $25 They do not have a lesser valued card. We do not have to decide today, but I am willing to do this part. Right now we have 5. We could also do BaitWrx. They have $15 cards available.
  10. I would be in. If we want to do a Tackle Warehouse GC, I would be willing to put in $10. We could do 1st-3rd. Just a thought.
  11. Well done gentlemen, and thank you for the information.
  12. Are we going to have a group again this season? I always enjoy the fun and competition with you all.
  13. Congratulations! Looking forward to 2025
  14. Hit the water about 7am hoping to find a few fish before my son woke up and he joined me. Found 2 solid keepers on a 2.8 Keitch. Fish were on points about 10-15 feet of water. Bites were not plentiful, but quality was good. Picked him up at 9am and we headed out. We focused on Spawning pockets and round points. All of our fish today came on a swimbait or a jerkbait. Water was 57-59 degree and clear.
  15. I am off to my typical slow start for the year!
  16. Great bag! Well done
  17. Need some reviews on Deep cycle batteries for our Garmin Force. Lithium is not in our budget. Looking at Pro Guide, Bass Pro, and Duracell. What are your thoughts?
  18. What about 12” minimum and only 1-2 over 15?
  19. The 2024 season is almost here! Are we still planning to have a league this season?
  20. Put in at the bridge about 7:30 in the fog soup. Put the trolling motor down and scooted over to the docks. Threw a small 2.8 until the fog lifted enough for safe travel. Only caught one small Spot to begin the day. Headed to some deeper docks along the river channel and caught 2 more shorts. Headed to the deep point timbers and caught a better fish along a drop off. Continued bouncing around until 1:30 picking up a fish here and there. I was hoping to locate some large shad schools, however, I am still learning my FFS. Need to spend more time on the water. Overall, I was happy with a few fish in tough conditions. WT: 59-61 Bait: 1/16 oz Hover Jig and a 2.8 or 1/4 oz ball head with a 2.8 (Electric Shad and Threadfin Shad) Structure: Front of Docks (shade helps) in 40-100 feet or deep points with pole timber good luck
  21. Looking forward to another season! At least I get to avoid Florida this year at the beginning
