    Skunk Removal

Hopefully he didn't spray Trophy's house again.
  2. That was a good deal on the TFO rods.
  3. KC got hammered last night, but thankfully the Tigers lost again.
  4. Nice catch, not many folks are doing as well as you are this time of year.
  5. Did not see it, but I know that guy can crank it.
  6. Yep, the guy has some power.
  7. By half a game. Neat story about a visiting fan from Korea: http://hardballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/08/11/kansas-city-rolls-out-the-red-carpet-for-sungwoo-lee-a-royals-fan-from-seoul-south-korea/
  8. I have fished Spavinaw twice, once in the early summer - picked up 7 or 8 keeper sized bass that day on a whacky rigged Senko, and fished it once in the winter and got skunked. There's some deep water down by the dam with some steep banks, the other end of the lake is shallow. Coves that I fished were shallow and weedy.
  9. Come on November....
  10. Maybe try somewhere else, check out some of the MO conservation areas. Talbot CA (east of Springfield) has several ponds and 2 miles of frontage on the Spring river. If I was shore bound, I'd check it out. It might suck, but then again you might find some good fishing. And it's August, tough time to get fish. so temper your expectations.
  11. Don't know for sure, but that sounds about right. Seems to be a given every year that KVD will be in the Classic.
  12. I'm not an Ike fan myself, but there's lots of folks that like him. And you would expect him to do well on his home water, but every tourney has someone who is local, and sometimes they don't do well. One example that comes to mind is Swindle in this year's Classic.
  13. Thanks, I'm putting it on my shopping list. Need to find an online deal.
  14. Those SM's aren't that good to eat IMO, If I was looking for a fish fry, they would be low on my list of targeted species.
  15. Yeah tough one for KVD. He needs a good tourney on Cayuga to make next year's Classic.
  16. Won again yesterday and now they are within half a game of the Tigers. When they get this close it usually signals it is time for an 8 game losing streak.
  17. Yep, not a big Ike fan myself, but he pulled it off. I was hoping Mark Davis would do better, as far as AOY points, but he had a bad tournament.
  18. Had my Yammie worked on, as far as routine maintenance, by Bella Vista marine - they are now in Rogers by the way. Very experienced mechanic. Prices were reasonable, but don't know if they can beat Thumbs deal.
  19. Good deal, I am one of those that would not think of throwing the rig right now.
  20. Had a G3 - Can't remember the exact model, but it was a 17 ft aluminum, Panfisher, (don't know if they make those anymore). Structure overall was good, 2 stroke, 60 HP Yammie never gave me problems. Negatives were that the fittings around the console were flimsy and easy to break, only had a 6.5 gallon fuel tank with no room to install a larger one.
  21. Does it have oar mounts? Sure beats paddling, especially if you are by yourself.
  22. Thanks for the offer, F&F, I was able to get them off, but looking towards the future I don't want to have to do it the old fashioned manual way again.

  24. Thanks for the tip on that impact wrench. I'll have to get one, don't think my back could handle another battle with those lug nuts.
